Effective date: July 13, 2026
OffChance ("OffChance," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use offchance.com, why, and the choices you have. We keep our data practices as small as our footprint: we collect little, and we do not sell it.
This site is operated by OffChance. If you have any question about this policy or your information, contact us at hello@offchance.com.
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit. We use this only to read and respond to you.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host records standard technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and the pages you view. This comes from ordinary server logs and cookies set by our hosting provider.
Our site is hosted on Webflow, which sets a small number of cookies needed for the site to function and to keep it secure. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or other third-party tracking on this site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
We use the information above to respond to messages you send us through the contact form, to operate, maintain, and secure the website, and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site, and only as needed for that purpose. The main one is Webflow, our website host and form provider, which stores the site and your contact submission on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence, then delete them when they are no longer needed. Server logs are retained for a limited period by our host and then rotated out.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to certain uses, or to ask for a copy of it. To make a request, email hello@offchance.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal basis for handling your contact-form information is our legitimate interest in responding to you, and, for essential cookies, the necessity of operating the site.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, and we rely on established providers such as Webflow to store it securely. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We operate from the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from your own.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and, for significant changes, we will note it clearly on the site.
Questions about this policy or your information: hello@offchance.com.
